Today was long, sunny and tough. Waiting to hear about how my grandma is doing gets tougher and tougher as they continue to run tests and see what can be done to keep her alive.
At this point, she underwent a biopsy. I haven't heard anything about how it went....hopefully proving to be good and necessary.
Well, anyone who reads this, I do ask for tons of prayer for her and my family. It's been a rough week and we are all getting to a point where it is all easier for us, but it's just a matter of time, hope, God's love and will to take effect. Everyone keeps saying its in God's plan...and I agree with that, I just hope it pans out the way my family wants it to.
I'm gonna go get some sleep now. I am wiped out.

I'm Back
Yes, I know it's been a long while and I never said anything about the conventions. Well, that's ok because the conventions weren't as great as the last two weeks of campaigning will.
Anyway, at this point, my concern sits with my grandma. She's been in the hospital since Monday. She was found to have cancer in her brain and liver. As of yesterday, she was in radiation to try bringing the size of the tumor in her brain down to a level where she is coherent. After initally thinking she may have had a stroke cause she didn't know where she was, it's better to know what's really wrong. It's been a tough last two days, but I think I'm getting better know, with the emotions and patience.
Other than that, I'm just trying to find a job and dealing with lonliness of having no one around during the day. After sending my brother off to school, it's been nice sleeping in a real bed, since the one downstairs sucks and the couch is horrible.
Well, maybe I'll have more later.....I know I've said that before. There is a possibility that I may go to a Xanga site so that I can communicate with more friends, but I have no clue what I may actually do.
Later,
Chad

Welcome to My Blog
Hey Welcome!!
I will be providing my thoughts and insights on the Presidential Convention for the Democrats this week. I know I might be called crazy by some, but I figure since this is the first election I can vote in, because I haven't changed permanent address since 2000, I'm going to provide my thoughts.
I'm going to watch the convention probably on CNN or one of the major networks. Though I may want to watch CSPAN at times too. But as I am going along, I'm going to give some opinions on what I got out the speeches or what I have read about the issues in the Kerry/Edwards campaign.
I do encourage all of you who don't know the issues to check out www.johnkerry.com or www.georgewbush.com and decide on your choice through those and the conventions. Please don't base your choice on what I say here. I'm only providing my thoughts as I understand why I might vote for the Democratic nominee John Kerry.
Your opinions will also be appreciated if you would like to add anything to what you have read.
Thanks,
Chad

The Convention Starts soon
I'm getting hyped about the convention. No, I'm not in Boston. I'm actually sitting at home.
At this point, most anything I have heard during convention week is about the speakers (The Clintons, Barack Obama, John Kerry and John Edwards, plus the speakers that are touching on the issues.)
It should be an interesting evening as former President Jimmy Carter speaks. I look forward to hearing what this liberal Christian thinks.
Well, check back for more later.
